One to One Coaching
If you are wanting a fully personalised approach on your healing journey, one to one coaching is for you. Whether you want more energy, less stress or have specific symptoms that you would like to work with, we will work together to create a lasting plan.
Your journey will start with an initial wellness consultation followed by an elemental findings session. Follow up wellness sessions can be planned as part of your protocol or can be booked in as and when needed.
