Kundalini Yoga is a powerful, transformative practice designed to awaken the energy within you and reconnect you to your highest potential. Often called the yoga of awareness, Kundalini works on the body, mind, and nervous system simultaneously—creating shifts that are felt far beyond the mat.

In my classes, Kundalini Yoga is a sacred space to release what no longer serves you, regulate your nervous system, and remember who you are beneath the noise of everyday life.

Kundalini Yoga combines dynamic movement & postures (kriyas), breathwork (pranayama), mantra & sound, meditation and deep relaxation. Together, these practices activate the Kundalini energy—your innate life force—at the base of the spine, allowing it to rise through the body and bring balance, clarity, and expansion.

This is not about flexibility or performance. It’s about energy, awareness, and inner transformation. Kundalini Yoga is a tool for self-remembrance and empowerment. My role is not to “fix” you—because you are not broken—but to guide you back to your own wisdom, strength, and inner knowing.
